Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking the consent box and submitting a request on the налог73.рф website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Reporting Center, address: Ulyanovsk, Goncharova St. 34A, 1st floor, office 120 (the "Operator"), specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to process my personal data on the following terms.
Data
Phone number; selected deduction type; IP address, browser details, page address, date and time of the request.
Purpose
To contact me about my request, consult me on preparing the 3-NDFL return and claiming tax deductions, and protect the website from spam and abuse.
Actions
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation.
Recipients
Persons processing data on the Operator's behalf to run the website: the hosting provider, an email service, the MAX messenger, Yandex LLC and its affiliates (Yandex SmartCaptcha). Data is stored in Russia and is not transferred abroad.
Term
Consent is valid until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than 6 months from the request date, or until withdrawn.
Withdrawal
I may withdraw consent by writing to solnjschko07@rambler.ru or sending a letter to: Ulyanovsk, Goncharova St. 34A, 1st floor, office 120. The Operator will stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days of receipt unless the law provides otherwise.
